6. Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack

Sixth was the high-performance Dodge, the two-door Dodge Challenger Coupe. While the base V6 delivers ample power and acceleration, top trims like the R/T Scat Pack have a 6.40-liter Hemi V8 with 485 horsepower and 475 pound-feet of torque. The R/T Scat Pack can reach 0-60 in 4.5 seconds.

7. Audi S3

The Audi S3 ranked seventh. The S3 is the high-performance version of the A3 compact sedan and features a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine with 306 horsepower, sport suspension, and all-wheel drive. The S3 can reach 0-60 in 4.5 seconds.

8. Genesis G70

The small luxury car Genesis G70 ranks eighth. The 3.3T Genesis G70 features a twin-turbocharged 3.3-liter V6 with 365 horsepower and 376 pound-feet of torque that can hit 0-60 in 4.5 seconds.

9. Kia Stinger GT

The Kia Stinger GT1 Trim sports car in ninth place. For less than $50,000, you can get a performance-oriented GT1 model, which has a 3.3-liter twin-turbo V6 with 368 horsepower and 376 pound-feet of torque. The GT1 delivers more power than the base 2.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 300 horsepower and 311 pound-feet of torque. The Kia Stinger GT1 can go from zero to 60 in 4.6 seconds. The Stinger comes standard with rear-wheel drive, but features optional all-wheel drive.

10. Mercedes-Benz AMG A 35

The Mercedes-Benz AMG A 35 in tenth place is the high-performance variant of the Mercedes-Benz A-Class. The AMG model has a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that produces 302 horsepower with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and can complete a 0-60 sprint in 4.6 seconds.

11. Toyota Supra

The Toyota Supra was ranked eleventh. For less than $50,000, you can get a basic, turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 255 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque. The Supra reaches 0-60 in five seconds.

12. Honda Civic Type R

Honda Civic Type R ranks twelfth. The Civic Type R hatchback is the high-performance version of the compact Honda Civic. The Type R has a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that puts out 306 horsepower and can go from 0-60 in 5.1 seconds.

13. Hyundai Veloster N

Thirteenth place is the hot hatch Hyundai Veloster N, the high-performance variant of the now-discontinued Hyundai Veloster. New versions of the Veloster N are just over $30,000 and have a price tag of $32,500. Hyundai Veloster N has a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine with 275 horsepower. Models with a hardtop in the RF variant have a slightly slower time of 5.8 seconds. The Miata has one engine option, a 2.0-liter four-cylinder with 181 horsepower and 151 pound-feet of torque. Since the Mazda MX-5 Miata has only one engine, the top trim doesn’t enhance acceleration, but the Grand Touring’s top end starts at $31,770 and adds features like automatic high-beam headlights, rain-sensing windshield wipers, air-recognition traffic signs, Climate control, leather seats, and auto-dimming rearview mirror.
